After a long life of daring heroics, and a number of adventures involving car chases, pirate treasure, and space-monkeys; Alex Hicks settled down into a career in the gaming industry. He was employed as an artist at Bight Games in Charlottetown, where he worked on Cops: High Speed Pursuit, TNA Wrestling, and NBA Jam for the iPhone, as well as Trade Nations on Facebook. More recently, his passion for teaching, and fear of pirate curses, has lead him to the GAIF; where he runs the 3D department, and maintains an acceptable minimum of space-monkey infestations. |

Dan Roth has been a 2D animator for 7 years, being versed in both classical 2D animation, as well as Digital 2D animation. He is accredited with 2 diplomas in Animation and Game Animation, and has been a part of the industry at many levels, such as lead character animator for Entertaining Knowledge, and as a freelancer for companies such as Animafax Enterainment, Deeptrench, and Kat Caverly studios. |
| Tairie Richards Instructor |
Tairie has a background in traditional animation and fine arts. She studied graphic design, specializing in web and print graphics. She is a published writer of poetry, enjoys painting, and drawing large scale. She does freelance work for (RMS)Media in Montreal and runs her own design business MediTDesigns. |
| Kyle Brewer Instructor |
Kyle Brewer obtained a diploma in 3D Animation in 2006. He worked for two years with the Department of National Defence as a 3D modeler. Kyle has done freelance 3D work for Bulletproof Solutions, OrangeSproket, and Atlantic Hydrogen. He has been sculpting and painting using a variety of traditional mediums for personal and commissioned work for the past four years. |
